Can. 1371 §2. One who violates obligations imposed by a penalty is to be punished with the penalties mentioned in can. 1336 §§2-4.

Can. 1371 §4. One who violates the obligation of keeping the pontifical secret is to be punished with the penalties mentioned in can. 1336 §§2-4.

Can. 1371 §5. One who does not observe one's office to execute an executory sentence or executory penal decree is to be punished with a just penalty, not excluding a censure.

Can. 1371 §6. One who neglects to communicate knowledge of a delict, when obliged to do so by a canonical law, is to be punished according to the norm of can. 1336 §§2-4, with other penalties also added according to the gravity of the delict.
